Yugioh deck improvement suggestions/rate? cant beat this machine deck?

Machines you say? They have two fatal weaknesses, and if you can bring out these cards, you will undoubtedly wipe him out: "Chimeratech Fortress Dragon" and "System Down". Chimeratech requires one Cyber Dragon and as many Machines as you want on the field, from EITHER you or your opponent, and gets 1000 Atk for each card used. System Down is the best Machine killer ever. Pay 1000 LP to remove from play all Machines on the field and in the Graveyard. If you can get 3 System Downs, you've got this guy. Also, you need to run some staples in your deck, like Lightning Vortex and Brain Control :P
