Hijacked "there's a man in my machine??

where can I find someone to perform a forensic exam of my machine(s) for free.. Also who can I report the hacker whom hijacked my machines that will actualy take a report and do something about it. I have names, physical evidence, firsthand knowledge of bot net network and nobody cares???
