Which university is better for Electrical/Computer Engineering? UCF, USF, FSU?

You are right about UF, their engineering program is hands down best in the state. Id knock off USF right away. UCF is a big campus and has a commuter feel as well as being in a bigger city. FSU has more of the college feel with athletics and a college town atmosphere. If instate is your only option I would first look to UF, from there all other engineering programs are grouped as second rate and it really depends on your personal preference for one campus/experience over the other.
