How do I replace the ram on a Dell laptop? If you can help, that would be great!?

Its a Dell Latitude cpt c466. I'm going to buy 256mb of ram to replace the exisiting 128mb, and I'm a little unsure of exactly how to replace this ram, so any help would be great received. Thank you in advance.
