Should I go on a second course of Accutane?

I was considering doing this too, but I've been told that going on accutane for a second time does not do anything and will only cause the irritating side effects that it caused before. my doctor gave me other pills to try instead and did not recommend going back on accutane. but that was just my docotor, you'll need to talk to yours for more info.
