What is the best cold air intake for my v6 09 mustang?

First i would like to know some info on the actual benefit of the intake kit vs just the intake itself? i would also like to know if changing the chip is the same as just using the intake kit? and i would also like to know what intakes are the best for my mustang.. ive heard that K&N is good CAI is as well what are some of your opinions.. and how well does the turbonator benefit the car?
