I think my friend likes me. is she flirting with me?

okay so, i met my friend last summer. we were both going through some really hard times at home and both of us didnt really have anyone to talk to or open up to so after spending a few days together we realised that are lives were very similar and we became very close to each other. everyone considered us bf n gf but we both agreed that right now we would just be good friends and take it slow and we'd be okay with being bf n gf later. so now every time i see her we joke around alot like, we always sit next to each other and put our feet on each others when were sitting close to each other and tease each other just kiding around. when were on the couch she tickles me constently almost always sometimes to the point were were falling off the seat and she put her feet in my lap and somethimes stick them in my face so i'll mess with her feet and we always play with each others hands kinda like she'll see if ill take it and we mess with each others hair and she mimics me like if i stcik my tounge at her she'll always do it back. or if if flcik her in the nose or something she always dose something back we always smile at each other and always make eye contact. were very comfortable around each other. niether of us have been in a relationship b4 and she's not the kinda girl that would mess with your head or play head game either. she is the sweetest girl and promised she'd always be there for me and always she has and would never do anything to hurt somebody in anyway its almost like she's shy alittle dosent want anything really close or wants to do anything as would i. she's just very playfull yet kinda to her self. she told me that she dosent want any kind of realtionship yet caus she's not ready but she's still okay with me likeing her and dose want to be together later on. dose it seem like she's flirting with me??
