Random freaky unknown voices/music playing on my computer?!?!?

since last night, my computer has been playing random music and after i did ctr + alt + delete, i found some random pop-ups i never saw or were invisible. Then after i restarted my computer, really freaky (i think asian) voices are talking and i have no idea where it from!! can anyone help or explain what this is from? thankss! :]
