(Please help) How Do I Proof to the college Administrator (tips?)?

A resident in Northern Cali colleges? I'm going trying to go to school in the Bay area in Stockton - Fremont area and I don't have certain doents like a driver license or Light bills that dates a year and 1 day. Just a car recipt that shoes I got my car fixed a yr and a half ago in this state...That's it and I'm not even sure if that's efficient enough. I had moved here in Like Dec 2009 and then went out of state and visited for like almost a year and then came back. Is there anyway I can show that I'm a resident of a yr and 1 day? Does anyone have any tips? Things you have done to byp this? I really don't want to pay a thousand or so for summer cles. Please let me know any tips or ways that colleges well accept me as a resident. !0 points to the best answer! Thanks so much!
