Martial Law and idiot roommates.?

Your right, the idiot is wrong. Martial law is military rule, not civilian. WIth martial law you have curfews for everybody and military checkpoints. As a police officer if I kick someone in the mouth I will only get away with it I can articulate the reasonable force used. I've been a cop a long time, been in a lot of jams, and have never kicked anyone in the mouth.
