Actually, religion CAN dispute your example about Noah's Ark- Noah didn't put every single life form on the ark, he just put some of every species. Also, are you trying to say that a Christian God (who is all-powerful and created the entire universe) couldn't keep genetic defects from happening? Your argument does indeed have holes in it.
